JAPANESE MODIFIED CARS AND THE CAR CUSTOMIZATION TRENDS

It’s the new century, new era, new lifestyles, and new cars also, we have seen that modifying cars and customization is something that people have also molded their interest into, there was a time when speed was all that mattered then gradually with time customization and modification, people started to take interest in looks and started to make the cars fast and at the same time look cool.

This interest of people modifying their rides, introduced many techniques, racing styles and show offs in the car racing world.

Using the parking or emergency brakes which are known as the e-brakes also, resulted in invention of drifting.

Then there are so many other things that are used in different styles of cars, like in rear-wheel drive and front-wheel drive vehicles different methods for drifting and burn-outs are used.

However, many good and well-known champions prefer Japanese cars, such as Mitsubishi Evolutions (EVOS) and skylines or Subaru imprezas, trends keep changing frequently and for the last few years there has been a huge shift in acceptance from US Hot Rods to Japanese modified cars.

This gave birth to customization workshops of professionals, garages, car saloons, and the manufacturers of the automobile-industries didn’t underestimated this huge potential opportunity to be availed and they joined this tug of war too.

The automobile industries had to start doing something about it, and they did by starting to manufacture high powered version of their offerings, however, cars like Nissan skyline, Mitsubishi lancer evolution and Subaru impreza are still manufactured as they used to be but they are purchased frequently and then customized and tuned as per the requirements.
